I'm not that big on the whole organized religion thing (the resurrection joke in the title should have been a clue), so when I think of Easter, I think of one thing; warm, fragrant, shiny Easter bread (with sprinkles of course). If you grew up in an Italian-American home, chances are pretty good you've enjoyed something similar, but if you haven't, you should really consider giving this surprisingly easy recipe a try.
